CHALLENGE: Without altering its 1908 exterior footprint, update and add space to a neglected 900-square-foot historic home needing full renovation.
SOLUTION: Doubled the square footage by digging a full, high-ceiling basement adding two bedrooms, one bath, wine storage and mechanical room. Unique home décor and materials selected to respect history of the structure and bring it into the 21st century.
